I offer Online Therapy within the UK and Internationally
I provide a safe and confidential space for you to talk freely without judgement.
My experience started within the NHS, moving onto working with charities such as Suicide and Co, Cruse Berevement Service, and One in Four.
I run my own practice and currently work with a charity working with trauma and sexual assault surviors.
Having had over 2,500 client hours behind me I feel I have gained a huge amount of experience holding clients that have perhaps never been heard before.
Counselling can feel daunting for the first time, I offer a free 15 min consultation to see if we are the right fit to go ahead with therapy.

Having had multiple sessions of therapy previously with numerous therapists. I found Holly to be by far the best person I have ever worked with. I personally would not waste time with anyone else.

I have been working with Holly for almost a year and have really loved working with her. Over the past year Holly has worked with me to help re-wire my thinking processes and helped me work through some really difficult times. I look forward to continuing to work with Holly and it’s really great to have a safe space where I feel listened to and that my feelings are valid. I highly recommend anyone to work with Holly, Holly will help you work through areas you didn’t even realise where a problem to begin with. I’ve thoroughly enjoyed attending sessions, however hard they may be and can’t wait to progress on my healing journey with her.

I was a little nervous about talking to someone about my problems at first, but I needn't have worried as Holly made me feel very comfortable from the start, and i enjoyed our time together. Her style of therapy has helped me gain insight into myself and develope the emotional tools needed to cope with my day to day trials. Thank you.
