Description
I'm a psychologist and coach based in Holyport near Maidenhead in Berkshire.
I specialise in life issues such as fears, phobias, stress, anxiety, PTSI, anger, and communication and work with individuals as well as couples.
Whether you want help dealing with emotional issues or coaching to achieve personal goals, my aim is always to make you "fly solo" as quickly as possible. There is no greater feeling than that of being in charge of your life.
Counselling is a confidential and non-judgmental conversation between us during which you get to talk about the issues that are holding you back. We will put things into perspective and find ways for you to move in in your life. I use a mix of CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy), TFT (thought field therapy), and coaching techniques all of which are proven techniques to overcome emotional issues.
In Coaching we uncover what you want to achieve and design a route map of the actions that you commit to take in order to achieve your goals. Along the way we will sense check options and decisions to ensure you are on track and that what you want to achieve is realistic.
