Welcome to Calm Minds Therapy Services, where we make counselling and therapy affordable.
If life is feeling a bit overwhelming right now, and you feel that talking to someone would help, we're here, ready to work with you in a warm, comfortable space that is completely free of judgement.
We'll always work at your pace. There's no rushing and no pressure, just the time and space to explore the feelings & issues that matter most to you. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, low mood or depression, something that's taken hold like an addiction, or simply a sense that something isn't quite right, you're very welcome here, and you don't need to have it all worked out before we begin.
We also specialise in couples & marriage counselling, supporting partners who feel they've drifted apart, keep having the same arguments, or have lost the connection they once had. Together we'll gently work towards finding your way back to each other.
We use a person-centred approach, integrated with other psychological & mindfulness practices drawn from our studies & training, so our work together is always shaped around you.
When you work with us, the support doesn't stop when the session ends. You'll have unlimited WhatsApp support in between sessions, along with free resources to help you along your journey, so you're never left facing things on your own.
We also want this to fit around your life, not the other way around. We offer evening & weekend appointments at no extra charge, and because we never want cost to be the reason someone doesn't reach out, we work on a sliding scale of charges, with further discounts for older people and those on a limited income, including students.
