I had sessions with Tom for four months during a major transition in my life and his support was extremely helpful. He created a safe and reflective space for us to explore the challenges I was facing. I also really appreciated how he helped me make meaningful connections between my childhood experiences and the decisions I make in adulthood. His insight and calm presence made a real difference in helping me move forward with more clarity and self-understanding. I’m so grateful for all he’s done.

I recommend Tom. I have had 14 sessions of therapy to help me with understanding my anxiety. He very good at giving practical steps along with exploring childhood stuff that is at the root.
