Hi, I’m Jamie. I’ve been employed for 25 years by my employer and I’ve spent the last 20 years living in their accommodation.
I presently live in Cambridge, but I need to move to Southampton as soon as possible and I’m looking for a studio flat with some bills included ideally or a small one bedroom flat.
Don’t want to go through an agency as to be honest I won’t pass the credit check and it’s just extra hassle and I don’t want to pay them….
My employer will guarantee payments of rent and deposit and first month rent is available immediately.
I’m 50 years old, professional and sensible and I can afford a reasonably nice priced flat to rent.
Southampton Central is fine or anywhere with a 10 mile radius like Eastleigh Chandlers ford Boyatt Wood etc
So if you’re a private landlord with property available in that area, I’d appreciate it if you could get in touch with me thank you. I am available this weekend to look if required.
