Wanted, small house/ground floor flat to rent.

I am posting to see if anybody has a small house, or ground floor flat to rent, in the Lincolnshire, Sleaford, Spalding or Boston area. Our top budget would be around £700 pcm.

Parking space is essential and a garden would be good. A shed would be a bonus, or space to put one up.

Myself, Emma (aged 49, a retired nurse of 25 years, and now a seamstress) and my long term partner, Marc (47 a retired mechanic, who still does the occasional odd jobs) are looking for a long term let that we can call home and to look after as if it were our own. We are currently out on the Norfolk Fens but want to spend our future somewhere between Lincoln and King's Lynn. My family are in Lincoln and I was born there. We are wanting to relocate to be in good distance of all our family, who have significant health problems. Once we relocate we are hoping to settle for many years to come.

We are quiet people who just want to settle and look after our space, we are friendly and helpful and always strive to help others as much as we can. Parking is required and preferably garden space (and a shed for all my partners tools) I'm now a seamstress and do countless repair work for people, having space to set up my 3 sewing machines would be wonderful. It's the small things in life that matter.

We do have outdoor cats, very well trained, and they spend most of their time in the stables where we are currently living.
