Description
I’m nearly 57 and currently based in Preston, looking to relocate to Blackpool for long-term housing and better access to work.
I’m a clean, respectful tenant with a solid background in cleaning, customer service, and site support roles. I’ve never had rent arrears and have always paid on time. I can provide good property references if needed.
I understand some listings mention income or credit requirements. I’ve always managed my rent reliably and would appreciate being considered based on my payment history and references.
I was also wondering whether you would consider accepting tenants through a Zero Deposit Scheme.
As you may know, Zero Deposit Schemes (also called deposit replacement schemes) allow tenants to rent properties without paying a traditional cash deposit. Instead, tenants pay a non‑refundable fee to a scheme provider, which then offers a guarantee to the landlord.
This guarantee covers potential damages, unpaid rent, or legal fees that may arise during the tenancy.
Could you please confirm if you accept this type of scheme for your properties, or if you have specific requirements regarding deposits?
Thank you for your time and consideration. PS.No agency please only direct landlords.
Yours sincerely,
Sean Taylor
