Hi all,
My wife and I are looking for a short term let- i.e. a year contract with a 4-6 month break clause. (We cannot commit to 12 month minimum terms). 2 bed minimum and ground floor flats/maisonette or houses preferred.
We have two well behaved cats and we are working professionals. We are non smokers.
We are ready to move in asap and are happy to move to Wimbledon/Raynes Park/New Malden/Kingston/Sutton.
Maximum budget of £2200 pcm for the right property.
Does anyone know of a landlord that has an available property?
