Hi I have a lodger who is moving out of my flat at the end of September, He is a college lecturer and although he will pay the full rent....he wont stay over on weekends cos that's when he goes back to his family in London. So he will pay full weekly rent but only be with you 4 nights of the week !! I am helping him out by trying to get him the next accomodation. He is a professional..so it's a no-brainer !!
