Room wanted in a clean and quiet location, in Portsmouth or within 15 miles. I am open to all options, including renting a room or sharing a flat/house 50/50, but primarily I am looking for a room. I have a car, take good care of myself and my surroundings, and I am a man in my 50s, self-employed.
