HELP! Need 1 bed house Bradford DSS

PLEASE help me if you can...

I am in so much stress because I can't find what I am looking for and I just feel like giving up

I have been trying to find a 1 bedroom house to rent in Bradford (BD5, BD7, BD1) and have been searching for almost 1 year with no success.

My requirements are making it very hard but I am still hoping there is a landlord here who will consider my situation with understanding and kindness.

Bradford (5 miles)
DSS - £600-700 monthly
Pet friendly - Outdoor trained dog
1 year tenancy to begin with

I am able to pay £600-£700 monthly - half will be paid by housing. So the landlord MUST ACCEPT DSS payment. The full amount will be paid directly before or on the due date.

I will also pay the 1st month's rent in advance and pay any required deposit.

Also, I have a pet dog who I live very much and I can't move anywhere else without him being with me. He is fully trained for indoor and outdoor and sleeps outside in his kennel on most days. So the property MUST HAVE A GARDEN (S, M, L).

I am a no-nonsense, zero trouble and independent person who is serious about life and looking after my health in peace and quiet

I really hope there is a landlord here who understands my requirements and is willing to help me out and give me a chance.
