Accommodation WANTED

Hi. I am currently looking to rent a 1 bed or studio flat. I currently live in a very out of the way place and am looking to move somewhere more central,

I am looking for somewhere preferably south Lanarkshire but will also accept somewhere in Paisley or near.

I am a 54 year old male and am clean and tidy and am also a quiet person. I rarely drink and dont do drugs, I keep myself to myself so no house full of people annoying neighbours. I am unemployed do to health issues and so would need any prospective landlord to accept housing benefit which would be paid directly to them or their agent.

The place I stay now is very quiet and nice but as I say its a bit remote for me now so am really after a move ASAP.

My current flat is £450pm so looking for something around the same although will go to £500.

If you have a place to rent and would like a reliable tenant would you please consider me. I can pay deposit no worries. I'm sure my current landlord will give me a good reference as I've been a tenant with them since 2019 and they've only had to come out once to do a repair when my ceiling fell in. And my rent has never been late. They've carried out twice yearly inspections and never had a problem as the flat has always been in hood order.
