Assalam alaikum, £45 per person weekly for massive big room which is already shared by two pakistani male students in Bolton BL1 3.. Looking for 3rd person for long-term. Rent doesn't include electricity, gas, water bills, CT, WiFi, etc, which will be shared with all housemates in the house. Deposit £175 per person and rent in advance £175 per person. Shared kitchen and bathroom.
Other rooms are shared by pakistani male students. Entrance, stairs access, and exit via kitchen. No access to other rooms / sitting room /main hall. I am looking for decent people who don't smoke and drink alcohol at home. Please message or call me on Whatsapp ONLY.
Smoke alarms (downstairs & upstairs) and carbon monoxide alarm fixed in the kitchen for safety purposes. EPC rating is C. Got gas and electric safety certificates. New Worcester greenstar boiler installed in June 2025.
Noorul Islam Mosque, GP surgery, two pharmacies, St Mathews school and bus stop are within 1 min by walk.
Aldi, Farmfoods, B&Q, KFC, Total Fitness, Currys PC world, Argos, PK Foods/ Noor cash & carry (Indian & Pakistani shops) are within 7 mins by walk.
Asda, McDonald and Bolton Town centre is 10 mins by walk.
Bolton train station (Greater Manchester) and University of Bolton is 7 mins by drive.
