I have a huge room with balcony, TV with Nefflix and Amazon, two wardrobes, 2 chest of drawers, one table, one mirror and two nice chairs .
The area is wonderful .You have Lidl, Sainsbury, The gym, better swimming pool, Tesco and lots of cafes, theatre, cinema, live music pubs, theatre, the Walthamstow lovely market with food too..
I will sublet between 2 weeks and five from next week until the beginning of September.
Dates are flexible. I will be on holidays, the landlord allow me to do it. My flatmates are really nice.
I have huge balcony where you can get your tan, a bike, a guitar and a tennis racket you can borrow!
I will leave two fans to keep you cool in the summer!
I can put my clothes into a studio patio and leave you the wardrobes and chest of drawers empty for you. There is still more space in that studio.
It is ideal, if you decide to spend the summer in London, if you come to study/work and you are looking for a place meanwhile you are deciding where... It takes a long time to find a really nice place like me for an affordable prize.
