Coldean, Brighton. I am looking for a student studying at Sussex or Brighton Universities. The room is very small (2.2m x 2.2m) but the common areas nice. Shared use of bathroom, kitchen and dining room. Please note there is no shared lounge and it is a quiet house. The accommodation is shared with me and one other. Rent is £520 per month payable monthly in advance, includes all bills and wifi. £100 deposit. Bus services run very frequently into the town centre and there is free on-street parking.
