I have a set of drawers and a brand new single mattress that you can have and the landlord allows decorating also so you can paint the room if you'd like. (I'm currently trying to source a bed frame and a few more bits of furniture, will update with pictures)
Shared Living room with sofa and tv.
Shared kitchen, fully equipped including washer/dryer, blender, microwave.
Shared bathroom with both bath and shower.
Large garden, I do gardening so will I will try make the garden look as nice as possible and I have a cosy outdoor fireplace for colder evenings.
Parking available and it is a very quiet street. Very peaceful setting, house is very quiet and I am out all day at work.
Buses - Bus stop 1 min walk, buses to the city centre and Doxford Park.
I am happy to discuss pets but please be aware, I have 3 cats so you and any furry friends will need to rub along with my kitties (they are very quiet, clean, outdoor cats).
