One single room available due to cancellation.
This is a 6 bedroom, 2 bathroom fully furnished student house. It is located on the hill behind Brighton Uni main campus and is a 10 minute walk away. There are bus tops at the end of the road and the train station is also a 10 minute walk. The train station takes you to Sussex uni campus one stop away.
All bedrooms are fully furnished with double beds and all furniture as well as a study area.
Each has fully controllable radiators and all safety certificates are in place.
The house is situated in a quiet close with free parking and a bike store. There is a large back garden with summer BBQ.
The other students have all chosen to stay on at the house from last year and are a mix of male and female. The house has been hosting students for 15 years.
The room is on the ground floor at the rear of the house adjacent to the seated communal area.
The deposit is just £300 and it is a 12 month contract that can be renewed next year.
All bills are divided equally between 6 students and are roughly around £20 per month depending on usage. There is a walk through video on request.
