The area is leafy and peaceful, with connecting bus routes and shops nearby.
My two housemates are very friendly and welcoming christian guys in their early twenties. They both study and produce music. It would be great to find a likeminded third housemate.
The bedroom for rent is on the bottom floor, along with the kitchen and living room. The other bedrooms, toilet and shower are just upstairs. Our kitchen is lovely and big, fully fitted.
I have a lovely view from my window, overlooking some nice trees. There is an inbuilt desk and plenty of storage units, as well as a single bed with a comfy mattress. There is good heating throughout the house.
