I am looking for someone who would like to rent the single room in my new flat from the end of September, flat is on the ground floor.
The kitchen is white and big, the flat also has a big garden.
No smokers allowed, NO COUPLES/NO SHARING/NO GUEST.
Can accept a down payment as part of the rent to secure the room.
