The room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, bedside cabinet, chest of drawers, desk, chair and a tea kitchen with fridge freezer.
The house is ideally situated between Festival Park and Potteries Shopping Centre, within walking distance to Hanley town centre, central bus station and shops.
The communal kitchen is equipped with gas cooker and electric oven, microwave, washing machine, kettle, toaster, allocated kitchen cupboard, pots, pans, crockeries and kitchen utensils.
The house has two bathrooms plus a separate WC.

🌟A nice double room with en-suite bathroom, City Centre, Hanley. The house is within a few walking minutes from Potteries Shopping Centre, shops banks and other amenities. Hanley Central Bus Station is also within a short walking distance. Current household is female.

🌟The room is furnished with a double bed, two chest of drawers, wardrobe, desk and chair. The room has its own en-suit bathroom.

🌟Each tenant has its own fridge freezer and plenty of allocated cupboard space in the kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a large oven, washing machine, toaster, kettle and a microwave oven.

This is a quiet non-smoker home (smoking outside is allowed). The new housemate must be tidy and follow rules on noise.


Rent can be paid by bank standing order, weekly, monthly or alternatively in cash. If cash payments are agreed, landlord collection is every 2nd Friday evenings.

Agreements are rolling and flexible, allowing short and long stays. Refundable deposit per room is £100. Three weeks rent in advance are needed before moving in. Minimum stay is 4 weeks unless agreed otherwise. No maximum stay. Notice period before moving out is 2 weeks. Therefore, ideal for contract workers, students and professionals who want to retain maximum flexibility.

Housing Benefit:
Please note that the landlords mortgage and insurance terms and conditions do not permit renting to Housing Benefit recipients.
