About the flat
The flat is located 5 minutes from Lidl, Tesco, Leith Walk, 2 tramstops, buses to everywhere, pubs, cafes, shops, parks and cycles paths. It is top floor and double glazed so is relatively warm during the day even in colder months. We have lots of cooking equipment, a big TV and the room comes furnished. The building is safe, quiet and the neighbours are nice people who have bbqs in the garden during the summer. The bills are roughly £30/ 40 per month and the council tax is £58 per month.
About us
Myself and Jan have lived together for 5 years and are pretty chill and relaxed but also like to keep things clean and tidy. We like to hang out in the living room and watch TV, chat and play games. I'm a chef and Jan is a bar duty manager so our shifts can vary. That also means I will occasionally cook you something nice. We like to hang our with our friends aswell so the right person would be welcome along to.
