Room in shared Warehouse Space with 5 others in East London / hackney wick / near Stratford / Bow

Hellloooo

We are looking for a kind person to live with ! :-) This post does not have a photo of the room yet, it's one of those warehouse rooms without window. Just so you know that already. It is medium sized, not that small actually, original stone floor tiles, you can decorate the room how you like.

Attached are photos from the main living space, I didn't tidy the house for the photos but trust me, usually it's very tidy here besides the typical warehouse belongings like some bicycles and some laundry that is being hung :D

Photos of the room will follow when my flatmate who is moving out has prepared the room for the photos.

I will deal with the enquiries from gumtree and she will look at other sites to get sweet people to come view. We are mainly looking for a female, as we always had 3 male 3 female and will keep it like that. We lived with trans female before and that went super good too, in the end it's all about the energy and when we do viewings, things always figure itself out very easily, the right person will find this place :-)

About the house,
it used to be a party house but still could be and is, it's just that we had a student building placed opposite our warehouses here, and they started complaining (i blame the rich ones who came here thinking they can study yet they didn't realise they move into an artistic and loud ish neighbourhood) anyhow, most of them are nice and each year now the vibe is different depending on what type of people are living directly opposite us.

Anyhow, what you have to know is that there will be music often, mainly Wednesday morning/afternoon, Friday night, Saturday day, night and Sunday day time as we live with a prolific vinyl collector who is also the lease holder and so you gotta have a liking for music, like that there is something going on. When there is no music it's pretty quiet and chill and I for example work from home and can focus on my photography work and learnings/ things I am enquiring about / my flatmates work in charity, photography, random other work / hospitality / fashion and shops. We are between 22-52 by the way, a nice range :-)

Smoking: We sometimes smoke, mainly we try to keep the house smoke free so no non-smokers have to suffer but there will be cigarettes smoked here and there in the living room, rarely, but mainly advised to smoke at the door to the street which is right there in the living room so no reason to smoke up the house.

On weekends if there is a party people might a bit more , if it's a heavy party then lots of smoking is going on.


Otherwise we are chill, some of us have healthy habits going on all, and party in between too. What else to say... Not much I guess, the best is for you to see the room, and talk to us here briefly again with as many housemates present, and then ideally, we offer a second viewings, so we can spend more time, that way we easily meet the person that likes it here, and fits best! :-)

I would also not mind having a quick phone call with you, if you are interested to know more about the place, i can also show you the room via the phone already.
