I am offering my room for £85 per night starting tonight Friday 8th August 2025. This is a short term let only.
Relax in quiet surroundings 5 minutes' walk from an urban beach popular with wild swimmers with free parking. A single room for one person with window to garden, access to a bathroom shared with owner, use of kitchen and light and airy living area. City Centre, Royal Botanic Gardens, Royal Yacht Britannia and Leith's Shore all approx 30-40 mins on bus / 30-60 mins walk. We have no pets. Shiatsu acupressure massage (you keep your clothes on) & books available. Desk & chair. Clean and welcoming.
Please only apply if you are looking for a short-term let (ie less than one week).
This is not a room for £85 per week, just that Gumtree do not offer a per night/day option!
