renting out my spare room after my friend has moved out. I live in a 2 bed 2 bath flat, excellent links to Edinburgh centre (40min walk or easy bus) walks to Stockbridge (15min), 2 gyms very close by, good walking / running routes.

I’ve just started my own business so I WFH. However I go through to my partners home thurs - sun mostly every week, so, the house will be pretty much to yourself regularly.
As it’s effectively my work space, I’d appreciate someone that works in an office / premises outwith the house.
I’m 29, Watch a lot of football at the weekend, see my pals, enjoy a walk and a coffee in the many local coffee shops in the region and spend a lot of time with the Mrs. I’m clean and tidy within reason and pretty laidback in general, always happy to chat and easy to get on with.
