Hi everyone, I’m a new student at the university of Leeds, and I’ve applied for an accommodation at lupton residences, with shared bathrooms, and have accepted the offer, and signed the contract that was given. The contract is for 41 weeks- £122 per week. Unfortunately I’m no longer interested in living in this accommodation for financial and health reasons, and I’ve spoken to the accommodation team, who advised I should reach out to various groups and ask who would be interested in taking over that accommodation. I haven’t paid any fees yet, so it’s still a tenancy that hasn’t started. If anyone is looking for an accommodation or waiting for confirmation please contact me, and provide your name, student ID, and email address so we can contact them in a joint email.
