Hi all,
I'm looking for a new housemate to move in to the other room in my house (I'm a live-in landlord), preferably sometime in September.
Rent is £625 a month, including all bills. You would have the big bedroom at the front of the house.
It's close to Stapleton Road and St Marks Road, so loads of local shops/food/buses/trains etc.
I have a cat. He's awesome and a bit of a terror when he wants to be. He likes attention and naps on people so be aware that's what he'll demand on the daily.
Ideally in a housemate I'd like someone who makes efforts to communicate and contribute to the cleaning. I'm part of the LGBTQI+ community and it would be great if you also were or were an informed ally. Sorry no couples or people that mostly work from home.
I'm looking for someone who can move in sometime in September. I will be available from the 23rd August for people to view it and chat. If you're interested please send me a message telling me a bit about yourself and any questions/specifics you might have and I'll get back to you.
