This house is located just minutes from Loughborough Junction Station, Brixton and Camberwell with excellent 24-hour transport links into Central London. Array of local amenities are just minutes away.

This house-share will suit a mature adult who likes a clean and quiet household.
Housekeeping rules apply to maintain good housekeeping.
This is strictly a Clean-As-You-Go house-share. You must adapt to the housekeeping and leave the communal area clean and tidy at ALL times. If you are not very clean and/or cannot respect house rules, then this place is certainly NOT for you.
This is strictly NOT a party house.

The ideal person to join will be:
Very clean and tidy.
Honest, considerate and respectful.
Employed full time and work away from home during the day Monday to Friday (preferably 9-5 sorts or hours);
Strictly NO: smokers, heavy drinkers, drug users or pets.

£600 deposit.
£70 per month for bills (based on you work away from home 9-5 Monday to Friday).
£600 Deposit + £680 monthly rent + £70 for bills to be paid in advance.
6 months minimum stay.
This room is available for SINGLE occupancy only.
Proof of ID (valid passport / driving license) must be shown when signing the Agreement.
