I’m looking for someone to share a flat from the end of March. Ideally just a normal, easy-going person who is respectful and straightforward to live with.
The flat is in a good location — close to shops like Lidl, Tesco and Home Bargains, as well as Fort Kinnaird. There are also plenty of takeaways and food spots nearby. Bus stops are just a short walk away and it takes around 15–20 minutes to get into the city centre.
The place itself is clean and kept in good order, with a relaxed, quiet atmosphere. Not a party flat.
Non-smoking inside the flat.
