We're advertising a cosy spare room in our friendly flat in the Bruntsfield/Fountainbridge area. You'd be sharing with three young working professionals who are easygoing, sociable, and respectful of each other's space. We're looking for someone similar - clean, considerate, and friendly, who enjoys a chat in the kitchen but also values their own routine and downtime.

The flat doesn't have a living room, so the kitchen is very much the heart of the home. It's a comfortable, lived-in space where we eat, catch up, and spend time together in a relaxed way.
