Flatmate wanted for 2 bed flat close to central university campuses

I have a bright private double bedroom available in a quiet non-smoking traditional 2 bedroom tenement flat, with shared living room, bathroom, and kitchen near Bruntsfield Links and the Meadows, around 10mins walk from Edinburgh University, Napier Marchmont Campus and the West End of Princes Street, available to let for a flexible term. Ideally +6months, for a mature post graduate or international student.
Rent would include bills. £750 per calendar month.
I sometimes work from home but my office is nearby. I’m a respectful, clean and tidy, male, professional in my mid 40s. I like to cook and watch movies or Formula 1 and international rugby in my spare time.
I love various kinds of music too but am happy being quiet.
I typically work 6 days per week and so I’m looking for someone trustworthy and respectful to share my home with.
I don’t mind shared cooking duties and love a variety of cuisines, so an international student with a flair for their native cuisine would be welcome.
I was also an ESL teacher in a former life, and speak a little Korean, German, and French. I’m not the best at learning foreign languages but I’m great at meeting non-native speakers half way! In the past I have also provided proof reading services for Masters and PhD degree student thesis, on Architecture, Business, Engineering, Finance, and Medical topics - so that might be useful as well.
