Looking for a flatmate for a two bedroom flat round the corner from Shawlands. My current flatmate will be relocating overseas and expecting to leave on the 13th of October. The room available has a double bed. You will also have a big bathroom for yourself. It's a really nice flat in a residential area with free resident parking. Auldhouse Retail Park is 9 min walk away, Pollok park is the same. The living room is spacious and all amenities are fully functional. Council tax is band D (£201/month). Broadband is £40/month. Bills around £110/month but do bump a bit around winter (everything mentioned is in total and will be divided by 2). Let me know if you're interested and we can discuss further details.

Little bit about me: 31, Egyptian, got my MSc from Glasgow uni back in 2022, currently working full time in a private dental clinic in city centre (if you're working remote then place is all yours most of the day). Weekdays after work is pretty chill for me, either gym or a run. Weekends usually I'm out but every now and then I'll go sloth mode. Always up for a chat but also respect others privacy. I like to keep everything tidy and clean and hope you're the same :)
