The bedroom is extra large and full of natural light, furnished with a queen bed, comfy sofa, desk, coffee table, chest of drawers, and a coffee corner with a microwave (not shown in the photos). It’s a nice space to live in.
The flat is on an upper-level basement with its own private entrance. The bedroom has large windows and gets a good amount of natural light. It stays warm in the winter and cool in the summer, and I use a dehumidifier to keep the flat dry and comfortable all year round.
Short walk to the station, city centre, and the beach, located in a quiet and friendly area.
Kitchen is small but fully equipped, there’s a patio, and space to store your bike if you have one.
You’ll be sharing the kitchen, dining space, and bathroom with just me.
I’m easy-going and love going out, but since I work full time and study as well, my schedule is quite busy. You’ll be sharing the kitchen, dining space, and bathroom with just me.
I value a clean and quiet home, so I’m looking for someone who will respect the space.
Because of the character of my job and the fact that the shared space isn’t very big, I’d prefer someone who is fine with a no visitors arrangement.
