Looking for someone to take over my tenancy with Hellostudent at Victoria Court as I’ve had an opportunity come up to rent with a friend. Although the tenancy begins on the 13th of September, I’m happy to stay a bit longer and pay rent until the end of the month if a later move in date is preferred (Would save you £318).

Classic bigger bedroom (¾ double bed) with en-suite in a fourth (top) floor shared flat. Building has a lift. All bills included, as well as free contents insurance.

Bedroom is spacious, with room to add extra furniture or storage. Also quiet, well soundproofed despite being in the centre of town. Has underbed storage and more in the desk and wardrobe. Bathroom is a wetroom, meaning it is larger than the others on the corridor (This isn't something you request or pay extra for, I just got lucky). Has an electric towel rail and shaving plug, and the shower has great water pressure. (Photos included are of the actual room, rather than the promotional photos on the website).

Large kitchen which doubles as a social area. Two dishwashers, ovens, microwaves, kettles and sinks. Three fridge/freezers, and enough space on the sides for a few appliances such as airfryers and rice cookers. Have never had a problem with space. Hoover and ironing board also provided. Washing and drying facilities are downstairs, with two washers and dryers.

The HelloStudent office is a two minute walk down the road, and there’s someone on site 24/7. Staff members have been lovely, really nice and communicative.

(I’ll be taking the metal shelves with me, but am happy to leave the smaller ones in the bathroom if you’d like, as they won’t fit in the house I’ll be moving to.
