The room was used as an office before hence is only part furnished with large desk and 2 shelves. I can provide additional furniture if needed. No bed. Electric heating.

The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, kitchenware and plenty of storage. No fridge-freezer.
The shared bathroom has a shower cubicle, toilet and wash basin. The shared hallway has hangers for clothes and shoe rack.
