About the room:
The room is a very decent size, located on the 2nd floor, with its own bathroom and plenty of natural light.
Rent is £1,050 per month, plus bills (council tax, internet, energy, and water), which come to about £190 per person.
The contract is for 6 months, with the possibility to extend.
