Description
Hiya,
I’m renting it on a short term basis at first for a 3 month period (October 1st until January).
It’s Belmont Street, Easton, Bristol.
Right next to train station and bus stop.
The room is going to be £700 per month including all bills (council tax, water, electric, gas, TV licence, Internet).
It is a double room, with an en-suite shower, basin and toilet. It is my house (i own it) and i have 2 lodgers. One is moving out as she has gotten married and so the room is free for a few months until i move into the room myself. So this is a short term let starting 1st October. The other house mate is 36 year old man and he will be moving out to travel in 2026.
I will need a deposit and the first months lodgings up front - and then the following months lodgings at the beginning of each new month.
The room size is about 15 feet long. it a good sized double room.
No couples, pets or children i’m afraid.
Tenant must be working as I use my home for my own work during the day.
Ideally i would like a working female who is clean, tidy and polite and easy to get along with.
Please get in touch if this sounds right for you.
Thankyou
