I am looking to move out before the near the end of July (18th or 19th), and am looking for someone to replace me as a tenant. Current fixed term contract is ending March 2026 (with the option to renew for 6 or 12 months if you wish to stay further)
The room is a ground floor large double room, fit with a triple wardrobe, chest of draws, desk and king size ottoman bed. Kitchen and bathroom is shared with one other person, the other 4 residents have their own kitchen and bathroom upstairs that they share.
There is a garden with a deck, and a shed out back for extra storage.
Location wise, very close to local transport. With bus stops going to East Grinstead, Gatwick Airport, Redhill, Brighton etc just around the corner, and 2 train station options (Crawley and Three Bridges). About a 20 minute walk to the town centre, or just a 2 minute bus ride.
All bills are included
Viewing are available upon request (will be on the weekends as that is when I am home to do so)
