I have just had a long term tenant (2 years) who has moved nearer his new job. It’s a casual/gentleman’s agreement where for £100 per week all bills are covered and Wi-Fi, full kitchen/washing and bathroom are fully functional and available, ideal for a single working person, preferably male but would consider the right female.
I’m an ex army veteran who went on to work in social care with homeless/addicts/prisoners getting released etc but after being widowed (my wife was only 45) and losing my young brother 3 month later I decided to work freelance part time from home, I’ve found it works better with clear boundaries so would be looking for the tenant to use the room as a kind of Bedsit rather than forced socialising as it simply doesn’t work
