The property is managed by Foxtons and you will need to pass referencing with them and sign the contract. It’s £625 for rent, roughly £140 per month for bills and a £672.16 security deposit.
The bed will be provided by all other furniture the current occupant will be taking.
There are two cats that live here as well who are very sweet and friendly. We are a social household but also like our own space to do our own thing! :)
