We’ve got a fully furnished double room coming available in our lovely four-bedroom modern townhouse in Central Camberwell. It's a short-term let (Aug 17–Nov 22), perfect if you’re in-between places or looking to test the South London life for a bit.

You’d be living with three friendly, sociable young male professionals (all long-term friends), sharing a bathroom with two others. We’re all on our own schedules during the week but will often come together for rooftop beers, a communal TV show, or a BBQ on the terrace when the sun’s out.

The house itself is split over four floors, with loads of space to spread out. The ground floor has a big open-plan kitchen and living area that opens onto a private patio garden — plus there’s access to a large, enclosed communal garden out back. Upstairs you’ll find four generous double bedrooms, two bathrooms (one en-suite), and loads of built-in storage. At the top, there’s a private roof terrace with garden furniture, a dart board, and some workout gear — ideal for the summer evenings.

It’s a chilled but tidy household (we have a cleaner who comes every other week), and we’re looking for someone like-minded — friendly, relaxed, and easy to live with.
