Close to the city centre, train stations and easy access by car in and out of the city. A choice of supermarkets and Riverside leisure centre all a stones throw away. A limited number of parking permits available.
Rooms from £600-£660 per month (bills inc) on size but they all fit a double bed, drawers, wardrobe and desk. As a landlord I’m keen to find responsible housemates who would get on in a shared house.
Bills include utilities, broadband, tv license and council tax. Landlord lives nearby to sort any issues.
