2. THE COST OF A CLEANER: weekly, for communal areas and shared bathrooms
3. A QUARTERLY SUNDRIES DELIVERY: this covers all cleaning products, dishwasher tablets, loo roll, bin liners etc etc in the house so there isn’t argument about who pays for them!
The room available is on the second floor and shares two shower rooms with 3 other housemates. It has a very comfy bed with an excellent quality mattress on it, wardrobe and desk.
The house has 5 others living in it (currently 3 male and 2 female), all professionals working full time. Mostly this is out of the home although a few do work from home once a week. They have become friends since living together, they hang out in the evenings together and cook, watch tv, have a glass of wine etc. They are looking for someone who is similar. It’s not a party house but it is a friendly, sociable house.
