We are looking for a new housemate to join our 3-bedroom house in bedminster.
Rent is £600, deposit is same price. Rent gets paid directly to the landlord.
Bills not included – roughly £130. This includes broadband, gas and leccy, council tax and water). Bills get paid amongst us, usually sent to the corresponding housemate money each month.

Looking for someone preferably female, similar age, enjoys spending some time in the house, chatting in the garden, going to the pub together, but also values their own time/ space. One of us has lived here for a few years and this house has become her home, so would want someone to treat it the same and make everyone feel welcome.
