We are looking for a CLEAN, TIDY, and QUIET professional FEMALE house mate wanting to stay for a minimum of 12 months. Must be able to provide an employer reference.
The room is full en-suite , fully furnished, with a fully equipped shared kitchen; and the property is within easy walking distance to Lidl, Staples, and Tye Harlow.
It’s a CLEAN and QUIET house, with a driveway, parking, and plenty of roadside parking.
You will have your own fridge freezer and your own cupboard space in the kitchen.
It’s a 5-minute walk to buses to the town centre and other areas such as Epping underground station.
The room is £750 per month including all bills (electricity & gas, council tax & water). There is a family Wi-Fi which you are welcome to use. Deposit required of £750. No agency fees.
