The rooms are very clean and refurbish march 2020, New windows fitted 2023 to a excellent standard with clean carpet and single bed in both rooms included with some furniture.
Upstairs bathroom will be shared with other lodgers also washing machine. Cooker and oven is shared with everyone in the house with a fair use policy and a over use policy will apply etc.
Gas, Electricity, WI-FI, Water is included free within the price with a fair use policy and a over use policy will apply.
Prefer male Professional or male student but any one is more than welcome.
