Wanted - long term rent ANYWHERE - IN RETURN I CAN....

I'm looking for a place to rent urgently due to disrepair of my current property and staying there could be life threatening. Building is 125 years old all with its original fixtures and so falling apart bad with no heating except my own oil radiator. Windows are about to fall out, full of mould, fusebox keeps tripping, floor boards lifting, constant disruption from drunks and druggies it's a horrible place to live in

So I'm preferably looking for a 2 or 3 bed, a 1 likely too small as have a van load of stuff, bed wardrobes, white goods etc, everything except a sofa basically.
Not fussed on area, literally anywhere in Scotland even rural.
Long as I'm not a million miles away from shops.

Only thing I don't have is a deposit. But in return am willing to do the place up ie decorate as I go or any other favours I maybe able to help with. If your place needs abit of work or whatever then we might be able to help each other out. Just need out of this derelict terrible place.

Just asking for someone to chuck me an olive branch really and offer me a half decent place that isn't too expensive I can live in long term, that isn't worried about a deposit. I pay my rent religiously before anything else so be assured I'm a trouble free tenant.

Mid 30s, clean, responsible and respectful. Previously in fire service before moving onto being a chef, managed a B&B for a while before covid. Spare time do DIY painting decorating, replace phone screens and like to fix and modify motors when I can. Sometimes will do man ina van stuff as well. some gardening, put my hand to anything really. But my trades means I am tidy and very ocd that things must be perfect. So wherever I end up will be well cared for. Even do end of tenancy cleans.
