We're Looking for a 3 Bedroom property ideally in Belfast/Dundonald/Newtonards areas.

We are a Family of 5 from east Belfast, there are 2 adults and 3 children (all female aged: 7,6,2 yrs old), We have lived in our current address which is a 2 bedroom property for 12 years & we have seriously outgrown this space (we have never missed a rent payment in that time & we can show our tenancy agreements ect for this period & provide employment details & a reference for the landlord), we are non smokers & have no pets & 1 of us works 24 hrs per week, we both intend to increase our work commitments further particularly so when our baby is of nursery/school age.

If we were to rent a property an amount would be reliably covered by the housing element of UC payed direct to landlord with the remainder as a regular monthly payment made by us if required, we always consider our rental payments as the primary household responsibility before all other bills & we have savings that we can rely on which we are continually building on a monthly basis to ensure that our baseline is always protected which we are happy to show as proof in the form of a statement, our landlord is happy for us to vacate with a month's notice.

We hope a landlord out there can help our family upgrade our quality of life because simple things many people take for granted like being able to eat as a family at a dinner table & us adults having our own bedroom will change our world entirely for the better & we would be eternally grateful, reliable & take care of your property in return.

We will do our due diligence if contacted to make sure it is a legitimate opportunity so if you are not the landlord we are looking for and reading this intending to pray on our insecurities your wasting your time.
