I am subletting my beautiful flat by Regent's Park for 6 months. The flat is overall very enjoyable and elegant. The high ceilings and windows make it very light inside and it is spacious (in person even more than in pictures). The flat is refurbished to a high end a few years ago and despite being a studio, there is a separate kitchen and bathroom which is really nice. All of the furniture and things will stay in the flat so you don't need to worry about that. The flat has a small balcony which is lovely and a small shared terrace outside as well.

The flat is ideally located just above Great Portland Street (3min walk to the station), which gives you easy access to all of central London, whether with the tube, bike or by walk (Soho and the likes are within 5-10min with a Lime, a bunch of which are available on the road adjacent to the flat, and 15-20min by feet). Regent's Park is 2min away from the flat, which you can enjoy for morning runs, walks on the weekend, or whatever you like. It doesn't get better than that!

For groceries, there is a Tesco and Sainsbury's by Great Portland Street, but also a Waitrose slightly further. You will find everything else pretty much within reaching distance (cinemas, pub down the road, gym nearby etc.). Feel free to ask if you have any questions.

The flat is extremely well equipped for a studio, with all the kitchen essentials (oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, etc.) but also a dishwasher which is very convenient, and a washing machine.

IMPORTANT:

Looking for someone serious, clean and tidy to sublet the flat to. Ideally single young professionals. I am not opposed to students but this is not a party flat etc. so you would have to suit those criteria (and pay in a single 6 months instalment). Payments in advance (and in one/two/three tranches are preferred but not compulsory). If you are interested, please reach out to present yourself.
