I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy at Graystacks, 171 Castle Boulevard, Nottingham (NG7 1GY) from September 2025 to September 2026.
Room Details: En-suite room in Apartment 12 (12 people total)
Building: Graystacks (managed by Mezzino – great student accommodation!)
Rent: £159 per week (all bills included, with a £500 utilities allowance)
Tenancy Period: 10th September 2025 – 2nd September 2026
Building Features:
• Modern en-suite room
• On-site free laundry
• Great location (close to Uni of Nottingham & city centre)
• Friendly student environment
I need to move out and am looking for a replacement tenant to take over the contract. The new tenant will sign a new tenancy agreement directly with Mezzino.
