If you wouldn't normally look at share flats, I have a different and unique option. Teaming up can get a much much larger and nicer flat in a fabulous location. The lounge room alone would be the same size as some 1 bed flats.
I have applyed for a 2 bedroom stylish and very large flat very close to the Meadows. Seeking lady or gay man over 35yo working full time, clean and tidy is essential, non red meat eater would be ideal, but the right person is more important.
It is a fantastic flat, great location, with more than enough room for two people and my puppy girl. Open plan large kitchen and massive lounge room, separate laundry area, kitchen has a dishwasher and plenty of pantry space. Gas heating.
I am a 48yo natural therapist, my dog is a 6kg pomski almost 2yo. We have moved from Australia a month and a half ago.
I am applying as a sole tenant to secure the property, but it would be great if by the 22nd September, available date, there could be two signing the lease.
Rent total is £1800pcm, I want the front smaller bedroom with the four poster bed. The master bedroom with hidden ensuite is the room for you. There is a separate study next to your room which I probably won't use.
Your portion of rent is £1000pcm plus bond half of £2000. I will probably have to pay an additional bond for doggie.
